PSYCHIATRIC MOBILE RESPONSE TEAMS (PMRT) 

Psychiatric Mobile Response Teams (PMRT) will assess clients for potential harm to self or others (suicide, homicide, gravely disabled); if clients meet criteria for 5150 hold, team will hospitalize client at the affiliated psychiatric hospital. Can be an alternative or adjunct to calling 911 for less imminently lethal situations. Responders are clinically trained.
